Spaghetti Shrugs

Started "lifting" this week! I will eventually go to the gym on base during Sean's lunch break, and use actual weights, but since I'm so out of shape right now, I figure all my muscles need is a few pounds + body weight. Sure enough, I've been sore all week! Yay!! ;) I did try P90x last week, and that was the day I had to rush to urgent care due to chest pain. Soooooo, I think I'll hold off on that for a few more weeks.

Btw, blood work, breath test, and x-rays are all fine, so if it happens again I'll go and get a CT scan. But my guess is that Sean (Charlie, Sadie, and whoever else) were right and it's just a lung spasm/air pocket/fold or whatever. Hopefully it won't happen again, but if it does -to be safe- I'll get it checked.

Today I graduated from candles to Preggo jars and a tub of sugar for dead lifts. Next week maybe I'll use sand or water......don't hate :)

Sean came home and was laughing at me while I did shrugs with my spaghetti sauce, but he graciously took a picture of me anyway.
